As both the Director and Service Manager of Martros are Registered Nurses the care and support offered is based primarily on the nursing model. For most of the people in our care we have observed that previous care giver practices have failed to accept recognized disabilities as part of a person’s reality. The nursing model accepts disabilities/diagnosis and works to develop strategies to cope with and enhance the qualities each individual has.

 You can be assured that Martros will accept you or your loved one for who you/ they are and welcome any special challenge as areas for potential development.
